The Game of Pétanque
Pétanque originated in France (sometimes referred to as Boules) and is a target sport, where participants throw metal balls as close as possible to a small wooden ball called a cochonnet or jack.
Pétanque is a fabulous sport for people of all ages and fitness levels. Come join us to play at the Club, 455 Main Creek Rd, Main Ridge on Thursdays and Fridays at the hours shown below.
Just enter the driveway (to the RHS of the tennis courts) and go past the gate to the clubhouse or drive a little further to the Pétanque piste. Boules can be provided if you do not have your own set.
And if you would like to receive some coaching prior to your first game just contact Raelene Shearer, on 0407 803 144, to arrange a time to receive instruction from our friendly coach.
